Flying to Dubai

Whilst writing this post I was on a 7 hour flight to Dubai.

It’s so cold and long! I couldn’t be doing this without my neals yard remedies hand cream, my soap and glory lipgloss and mascara!
My hands feel so nourished and ready to go from the freezing cold to the heat of Dubai. I can’t wait for some sunshine! Its by the bee lovely collection at Neal’s yard that helps save bees. however, it doesnt smell like honey but has a citrus scent. My lipgloss by soap and glory has kept my lips smooth and avoided them drying out with the air con. It’s even tinted and smells like gateau! Yum! It’s called sexy mother pucker and in colour punch bowl.
I brought a black mascara at the airport for the main reason I’m not stepping off this plane looking a state. the rimmel extra lash has made my lashes look amazing!
In my hand luggage I have a pair off guess sunglasses to hide behind if I feel like I have massive bags. Had hardly no sleep!

I really recommend these products for the flight and etihad airways to fly with amazing value for money, constantly served refreshments and heated damp cloths for you hands. Plus wifi, use of mobile phones and everything you can think off! I’ll put up some pics of what it’s like – AMAZING!

Adding A Touch Of Sparkle

So I’m off to Dubai next Monday and I wanted to glam up a pair of converses. Instead of spending loads and ruining them… I found these in Primark for just £6.00! Bargain! I also picked up the nail art pens they have in there with little gems on end Only £2.00! The gems are perfect for blinking up the front and I’m going to swap the laces for two sets of ribbon. I can’t wait to get going on them. I’m off to the local haberdashery tomorrow to pick up the ribbon… My aim is to get a lush pair of shoes for under a tenner!
I love customizing clothes this week I’m going to go through everything I’m taking to Dubai and put my twist on every single item – I hope.

Sleep In Rollers!

Firstly, yes these are comfy to sleep in. I brought mine last month and sleep in them most of the time! They are fab for extra body and curl, also perfect for adding volume. They have reduced the amount of time I need to get ready so I can have a few extra minutes in bed – cheeky!
The sleep in roller package I got came with a hair net, to avoid any moving during the night. Plus a DVD tutorial. I sometimes where mine during the day – even if I’ve got to pop to the corner shop.
I recommend you ALL get yourselves a set of these they are worth every penny and not ridiculously expensive. I will post a link of the website below. I think some sets come with a DVD tutorial to show you how to put them in – I haven’t got round to checking out the DVD out yet. It’s on the to do list! Promise! If yours don’t come with either a hair net or DVD… Check out youtube for tutorials and search online for hair nets their inexpensive!

My nails are chipping so easy these days, I used to have gorgeous nails. This morning I thought I would give them some TLC and even add a bit of sparkle – well it is a Saturday!
I’ve started to collect the China glaze nail polishes and I love them. The colour quality is brilliant and they come with a nail hardener to prevent a broken nail!
You can pick up china glaze polishes in beauty trade stores and online.

Mine is from sallys/salonservices and cost roughly £3.50 for a 14ml bottle in colour fuchsia I purchase as trade customer, so I’m not sure if price changes for retail customers. The glitter used is white and makeup glitter not nail. However, i find either works. I picked the glitter up from eBay really cheap, I only have a small pot but it lasts ages! Well worth investing in a variety of colours!

I’ve just registered for my tickets to the beauty trade show – olympia beauty. I’m so excited for it! I thought professional beauty in February was amazing. I’m hoping to get some really good buys again. If your in the industry and interested in coming along I will post the link to the website below.
